Who do I call for service and supplies?
A: Retail Profit Systems, your full service provider!

How long does it take to get an ATM or Credit Card machine?
A: Seven to 14 days for an ATM.
A: Two to four days for a Credit Card terminals.

How long does it take to receive funds?
A: For Credit Card Terminals, if you batch by 4:00 PM Pacific Time, you will receive funds the next business day. For ATMs, a Day Close by noon will result in funds being deposited the next business day. For Example, if you close on Monday morning, those funds will be deposited on Tuesday afternoon. Saturday, Sunday closes will be deposited on Tuesday afternoon as well. Unlike Credit Card Terminals, ATMs automatically close out around noon Pacific Time.

A: Absolutely, we'll provide you with names and numbers with businesses like yours or geographically close to you. We encourage you to call them to ask about our products and services.

Every Credit Card company offers great rates, what makes Retail Profit Systems different?
A: You're right, every company claims to offer great rates. RPS doesn't use loss leaders or make you "qualify" for our best rate. We treat each and every customer differently because no two businesses are exactly the same. We offer honest rates in all categories swiped, mid-qualified and non-qualified. Some companies promise great rates then you find 90% of your transactions fall into the "other" category. We look for long-term relationships built on trust and mutual respect.
